Product Details

Nutec flat sheets are manufactured from a combination of Portland cement, silica & organic fibres (asbestos free). These materials have considerable strength in their own right & will not deteriorate with age.

Nutec Flat sheets are:

• An all-purpose building board which is unaffected by moisture, therefore ideal for internal & external use in almost any application.
• Relatively light weight & can be supported on light gauge metal frames or light timber structures. These factors facilitate easy handling & erection & are major benefits on projects where low mass construction is important.
• Non combustible & provide perfect protection against flying sparks.
• Resistant to corrosion & are unaffected by ultraviolet light.
• Designed to have good thermal properties when compared with other building materials.

All Nutec Flat sheets are manufactured to the hight quality standards & carry a SABS mark for compliance to the specification SANS 803.  This is important to the NHBRC & Banks when building with products in South Africa.

Nutec flat sheets are supplied in their natural colour & are compatible with a large variety coatings & paints.

Quick Spec

Boards range from 4 - 15mm medium & high density, chamferred 2, 3 or 4 sides for flush jointing purposes.  Lengths are standard at 2400mm, 2700mm, 3000mm & 3600mm.
